23.1.2012 (UNI) The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition filed by Hasan Ali, the biggest tax evader of the country, seeking to recall the order of the apex court cancelling his bail.

Ali was granted bail by the Bombay High Court.

ED had approached the top court of the country against this order of the Bombay High Court.

The apex court had allowed the ED petition as a result of which, Ali could not come out of jail.

The tax evader is facing allegations of illegally stashing away huge amount of black money in foreign secret bank accounts. UNI
